A charming little box of twelve vintage glass Christmas baubles, each measuring approximately 20 mm in diameter.

In a wonderful assortment of jewel-like colours, including pink, green, blue, gold and silver, these tiny glass ornaments have the lovely faded sparkle that only comes with age.

The original cardboard box is particularly appealing, with its bright red Christmas design, snow-covered trees, a church and Father Christmas being pulled along by his reindeer.

Possibly originally sold through Woolworths, as I have come across similar boxes bearing their name, although this particular box is unmarked.

All twelve baubles have been used and show signs of age, including wear, scratches, fading and losses to the original finish. All retain their metal hanging caps and loops.
