Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your item has been shipped.
Shipping Methods
All items are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service, depending on size and destination.
Uk orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days after dispatch
International orders may take 7-21 working days, depending on customs and location.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or postal strikes. I will always do my best to keep you informed if there’s a delay.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, returns are generally not accepted. However, if an item arrives damaged or significantly misdescribed, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.
If a return is agreed upon:
Items must be posted back to me within 14 days of the return being approved

Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was faulty or misrepresented.
Please ensure the item is packaged securely and returned in the same condition.
Once received and inspected, I will issue your refund within 3-5 working days

Order not received
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me so I can look into it. I’ll always do my best to help resolve postal issues.
Packaging info
All orders are carefully packaged using recycled and sustainable materials where possible. Subscription boxes are packed with themed detail and extra care-please allow a little extra time around launch dates.
