📦 Delivery & Returns Policy

🕰️ Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your item has shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship from the UK and welcome international orders to Australia, Canada, the EU, and beyond.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

🚚 Shipping Methods

  • UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or tracked courier and usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • International orders may take 7–21 working days, depending on customs and location.
    Delays may occur during strikes, holidays, or customs processing, I’ll always do my best to keep you informed.

🛃 Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs checks.

🔄 Returns Policy

I accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly misdescribed.

If you need to initiate a return, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

If a return is agreed:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of approval

  • Return postage is at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

♻️ Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if you contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage for exchanges is the buyer’s responsibility, unless agreed otherwise.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, just get in touch, I’ll always do my best to help resolve delivery issues.

📦 Packaging Info

All orders are packed with care using recycled and sustainable materials whenever possible.
Subscription boxes are thoughtfully themed, please allow a little extra time during launch periods.
