A small handmade artist's journal created in my studio using antique French ledger paper, vintage tracing paper and a primitive-style printed illustration.

The cover is made from an original nineteenth century French ledger page, lightly hand dyed to bring out the beautiful script and create soft layers of pink. A primitive cat illustration has been mounted to the front, giving the booklet the feel of an old sketchbook or treasured keepsake.

Inside are alternating pages of hand dyed antique ledger paper and vintage tracing paper, creating a lovely surface for collecting thoughts, sketches, pressed flowers, favourite quotations or tiny keepsakes.

Each booklet is individually assembled by hand, meaning no two will ever be exactly alike.
