Vintage Lace Valentine Card with Original Envelope | A Valentine Just Because

A charming vintage Valentine card with a rather romantic little scene.

At the centre, a gentleman in Georgian dress kisses a lady's hand, surrounded by a soft pink background, colourful flowers and a decorative gold border. A powder-blue ribbon sits above the illustration, while delicate cream lace frames the heart-shaped card.

The front reads “A Valentine Just Because”, and inside is a second heart printed with the words “I Love You!”

Made in Britain by A. M. Davis & Co., London, this lovely little card has never been used and retains its original envelope.

A delightful piece of vintage romantic ephemera, perfect for a collection of old greetings cards, a Valentine display or simply to tuck away among treasured keepsakes.
