An original Pedigree doll head dating from the late 1940s to early 1950s, made in England and retaining its wonderfully timeworn character.

Stamped "Pedigree England Pat. Pending", this vintage doll head has softly moulded features, painted curls and the original sleep eyes. Decades of gentle wear have left surface marks, age-related discolouration and scuffs, giving it the kind of patina that collectors of antique dolls and curiosities often look for. The original neck fitting remains in place.
