1940s French handmade chore dress, well worn and repaired. Such charm in this vintage textile that has been well worn and repaired all over with visible darning. There are tears and repairs! (see all images). The repairs are beautiful and this dress could be repurposed using these areas in sewing projects or with a few more repairs worn as is.
Original buttons, rick rack trim to the collar and pockets and an overall gentle fade to the fabric.
